Delivery Times & Dispatch
Dispatch Windows:
Original pieces will be dispatched within 2-5 days.
Everything else will be dispatched within 4-8 days.
(^^This dispatch time is determined by printing time of individual products.)
Transit Times:
For original pieces under a metre in size, we will be using Australia Post/StarTrack couriers for domestic and international shipping.
Domestic parcels standard: [Same state] 2-4 business days [Interstate] 3-6 business days
Domestic parcels express: [Same state] 1-2+ business days [Interstate] 1-3+ business days
For international parcels please use the link here for delivery estimations to different parts of the world.
On the occasion where an art work exceeds a metre in size, I will use a courier service and this will be discussed with the customer.
For any products that are print to order, these are fulfilled by a third party and delivery times vary greatly depending on the product type and what country the products are being shipped to. Due to this, I cannot give broad delivery estimations but there will be tracking information with delivery estimates provided upon checkout.

As an independent artist, we at The Novel Night Owl, calculate freight dynamically based on size, weight and destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and all purchases will be provided with tracking.
